All the changes we are voting on are good to get written in stone BUT the RULE we need to agree on is NOONE COLLUDES DURING THE DRAFT....part of the fun is finding the sleeper and making sure that YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH....This business of telling people names to draft and letting people change a pick AFTER it was made because "Oh you didn't know so-and-so was hurt?" enables people who do not do their research to potentially grab a player that they would not had normally picked or would have had a chance to pick in later rounds...TOM
