NEW RULES

Below are the new rules that were voted on during the end of the year awards ceremony.  Most of these will go into effect this year.  The draft order rule will take effect at the end of the season.1)  Special Teams Points - These will still go to the defense.  No changes.

2)  Offensive Fumble Recovery TD - Will now go to the player who recovers the fumble for the TD.  

3)  Draft Pick Trades - Will stay the same.  No changes.

4)  Draft Board - For picks that have been traded, we will now place a "Traded to ____" in the pick spot, then at the bottom of the draft board under the team picking will be the players sticker & round drafted.

5)  Draft Order - In order to make the playoffs more competitive, winning gets you a higher draft pick order (except for Championship Game).  Here is the breakdown:

• 1st Pick     -  Consolation Bracket Winner             (7th Place)
• 2nd Pick   -  Consolation Bracket Runner-up       (8th Place)
• 3rd Pick   -  Winner of 9th Place Game                 (9th Place)
• 4th Pick    -  Loser of 9th Place Game                   (10th Place)
• 5th Pick    -  Winner of 5th Place Game                 (5th Place)
• 6th Pick    -  Loser of 5th Place Game                    (6th Place)
• 7th Pick    -  Winner of 3rd Place Game                (3rd Place)
• 8th Pick    -  Loser of 3rd Place Game                   (4th Place)
• 9th Pick    -  Championship Game Runner-up      (2nd Place)
• 10th Pick  -  Champion                                             (1st Place)
