MAX # OF MOVES PER LEAGUE YEAR

Last year this was a big issue!  Currently we are operating the league based on a 30 move max.  In past seasons we have had unlimited moves.  I set the max move limit last year to 30 because in 2008 & 2009 the average # of moves per team, throwing out the highest moves team & lowest moves team, was 30 moves.  There has been discussion of going back to unlimited.  There has been talk of keeping it 30.  And there has been talk of charging a fee ($15 - $20) for every move above 30.  So below are the choices for the Max # of Moves Per League Year:

MAX # OF MOVES PER LEAGUE YEAR

1)  30 Moves Max
2)  30 Moves with a $15-$20 fee for every move above 30
3)  40 Moves Max
4)  Unlimited

  2. 1 with an *} it is tough but 30 was a good amount...I only add that the 30 do not kick in until the very first game on Thursday night- give people a chance to manuever if they did not do their research and get a suspended or injured player AND that players undrafted are FREE AGENTS until game time on Kick off Thursday...TOM

  3. LOL! i've said it before, and i'll say it again. we should have to pay $1 for every move ($1 for a pickup and $1 to drop, and $1 to trade). those dollars add up, especially when there is no limit! ...Vince

  6. 30 move max. But as long as it stays consistent through the season, we're fine. -Bob
